Martingham is a beautiful golf course community in the heart of the Chesapeake Bay! It’s entrance is only one mile away from the shops and restaurants of the picturesque harbor town of St Michaels Maryland.
Martingham was originally developed in the early 1970s. It is a community of single family homes and condominiums with the Links at Perry Cabin Golf Course running through it. There are five clusters of condominiums and 144 single family home sites. The home sites were sold as lots and the buyers each chose their own builders to work with.
